Team Leads

Terms & Conditions

Last updated 2 November 2026.

These terms apply when you use the Team Leads website, send an enquiry, or arrange a workshop or service with us. They are written in plain language. They do not limit any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Who we are

Team Leads is operated by Allan Cridland in Queensland, Australia. The website describes lead generation for service businesses and hands-on workshops. It is not a promise of leads, sales, or income.

Using the website

You may use the website for your own information and to contact us. Please do not misuse it, attempt to break it, or send anything unlawful or misleading. We may change or remove website content at any time.

Enquiries

Sending a form is an enquiry only. It does not reserve a workshop seat, start a service, or take a payment. We will use the details you give us to reply about the enquiry you sent. Please make sure those details are accurate.

Workshops and services

A workshop seat or a lead generation service starts only when Team Leads confirms it with you. Any price, deposit, date, or venue is explained before you agree. Advertising spend is paid to the advertising platform and is separate from our fee. Results depend on your offer, the market, and the work that follows. They are not guaranteed.

Payments and refunds

If a payment is required, we will tell you the amount and when it is due before you pay. If we cannot provide a workshop or service you have paid for, we will refund the amount you paid us for that workshop or service. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law still apply.

Your information

We use the information you send us to respond to you and to provide the workshop or service you asked about. We do not sell your details. Please do not send us information you are not comfortable sharing.

Liability

To the extent the Australian Consumer Law allows, Team Leads is not liable for loss or damage that comes from using the website, or from a result that was not promised. Nothing in these terms excludes a guarantee or remedy that the law says cannot be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms by publishing a new version on this page. The version on this page is the one that applies when you use the website.

Queensland law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. If a dispute needs a court, the courts of Queensland have jurisdiction.
